Oriental Jiahua Joint Venture Fund Formally Established

On November 19, 2010, China Oriental Asset Management Company and Jiahua Weiye Capital held a grand opening ceremony to celebrate the formal establishment of Oriental Jiahua (Tianjin) Equity Investment Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Jiahua Jintian (Tianjin) Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). Mr. Zhang Ziai, President of Oriental Asset Management Company, and Mr. Song Xiangqian, President of Jiahua Weiye Capital, cut the ribbon and unveiled the joint venture. Through this cooperation, the scale of the management fund under Jiahua Weiye Capital has been further expanded. The first phase of the joint venture between the two parties is RMB 0.5 billion. China Orient Asset Management Company and Jiahua Weiye Capital will jointly expand development opportunities in the field of private equity investment through the joint venture platform!
