In November 2011, Jiahua Weiye Capital successfully hired Dr. Ba Shusong, a famous economist, as a member of the companys expert committee. Mr. Song Xiangqian, President of Jiahua Weiye Capital, issued a letter of appointment to Dr. Ba Shusong. Dr. Ba Shusong is currently the deputy director, researcher, and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Finance of the Development Research Center of the State Council. He is an expert who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council, a member of the Standing Committee of the Youth Federation of Central State Organs, deputy secretary-general of the China Macroeconomic Society, and chief economist of the China Banking Association. Dr. Ba Shusong also serves as an expert in the evaluation of enterprise annuity qualifications of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China, a member of the Fund Evaluation Expert Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, an expert of the China Banking Regulatory Commission Examination Committee, and a member of the China Merchants Bank and China Merchants Post-Expo Committee. Dr. Ba Shusong also served as a collective study lecturer of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and served as a part-time professor in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Peking University and other universities. His main research areas are risk management of financial institutions and financial market supervision.
